Set your Signature in Zoho CRM

​​​​First we want to ensure that you have two tabs open, one with CRM and one of Gmail.

1. From CRM Homepage, click on Settings in the top right of the page and click on Email under Channels.





2. In Email Configuration, under Compose Settings, ensure the "Default From Address" is set to your email address and then click on Add New Signature.



3. Set the name of your signature (your name would suffice) and select your email address.
4. In your Gmail window, simply open a new Compose window and copy your signature and paste it in the CRM and click on Save.






Your signature is now set in Zoho CRM and will load every time you compose an email
